SHIPPING & DELIVERY
NOTICE: Due to extended business hours conflicting with Post Office hours, orders are being shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY. For example, if you place an order on Thursday and choose Priority Mail, you will receive your order 3-5 days after the following Tuesday or Wednesday. And if you place an order on Saturday, your order will not ship until the following Tuesday or Wednesday etc. We do apologies for this inconvenience and ask that you consider this time extension when placing your orders.
All shipping rates are automatically estimated through the USPS calculator installed specifically for this website. If for whatever reason you do not feel the shipping charge for your order is correct, for the quickest solution please contact us BEFORE paying and submitting your order. We will definitely work with you on making sure you are getting the most accurate shipping rates possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR DELIVERY COULD CONTAIN DAMAGED GOODS, WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS UNLESS AN "UNBOXING" VIDEO IS PROVIDED. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
1. Using your phone or a device that has the record option, please record a video that shows at least 5 seconds of the shipping label of the sender and receiver, on the UNOPENED box. Do not pause or stop the video through out the entire process. Your media must be consistent, without edits and in good focus.
2. While recording, please carefully open the package/box and carefully remove any packing material.
3. While recording, please carefully remove products from it's packaging or box, revealing any damage done to the product. NOTE: IF YOU ORDERED CANDLES AND SUSPECT THE JARS TO BE BROKEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THEM FROM THE BOX OR PACKAGING BUT YOU WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW A MINIMUM OF 10 SECONDS OF FOOTAGE SHOWING THE DAMAGE. If you insist on removing the glass products PLEASE USE EXTRA CAUTION. Mission to Micro Farming cannot be held liable for injuries due to the handling of a package delivered by the USPS.
5. Once you have recorded the necessary media, please contact us and submit your documentation via text or email. Please keep in mind our office is only open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays excluding holidays. At that time your report will be documented and you will be contacted concerning a refund or replacement.
Otherwise, each order is insured with a $50 minimum and any damaged packages, returns or refunds should be handled with your local USPS.
